Dr Sharon Pickering is an internationally recognised Human Factors and behavioural science expert whose mission is to prevent harm to humans and protect their wellbeing across all industries. With a foundation in psychology and a global career spanning aviation, the military, and healthcare, she brings a unique perspective to understanding human behaviour, risk, and performance in complex, high-stakes environments.
